To maintain a premium gallery standard, please ensure:
1. Create Your Artwork Listing
Upload the following:
- Clear photos of your artwork
- Title of the piece
- Medium (oil, acrylic, digital, sculpture, mixed media, etc.)
- Dimensions
- Price
- Artist name
- Year created
2. Add Delivery or Collection Details
Specify:
- Whether you ship, allow collection, or offer both
- Packaging method
- Estimated delivery time
- Additional notes for fragile or high-value pieces
3. Publish Your Artwork
Your piece becomes part of the kuieralot® Art Gallery — visible to thousands browsing various kuieralot® departments.
4. Get Paid Directly

Listing Guidelines
To maintain a premium gallery standard, please ensure:
1. High-Quality Images
Use bright, sharp photos with clean backgrounds.
Show:
- Full artwork
- Close-up texture/detail shots
- Framed/unframed view (if applicable)
2. Accurate Artwork Details
Include:
- Medium
- Size (height × width × depth)
- Condition
- Edition number (if a print)
- Mounting/framing notes
3. Authenticity
Only list artwork you created or legally own the rights to sell.
4. Clear Pricing
Set realistic prices based on your style, experience, and market demand.
5. Secure Packaging
Protect the artwork during delivery — especially canvases, glass frames, and sculptures.
6. No Offensive or Illegal Art
Violent, hateful, or explicit content may be removed.
Packing Instructions
To ensure your artwork arrives safely and professionally:
For Canvas Paintings
- Wrap the entire canvas in bubble wrap (2–3 layers).
- Add corner protectors.
- Place in a sturdy, fitted cardboard box.
- Fill empty spaces with packing paper.
For Framed Artwork (with glass)
- Tape the glass in a crisscross pattern.
- Use foam or cardboard corner protectors.
- Wrap tightly in bubble wrap.
- Place in a double-wall box for extra safety.
For Prints
- Package in a rigid mailer or mailing tube.
- Use acid-free paper to protect the print.
- Add “DO NOT BEND” labels on both sides.
For Sculptures
- Cover the entire sculpture with foam or bubble wrap.
- Use a box filled with cushioning material.
- Heavy items require double-boxing.
